CAMP STAFF

Each summer Ransburg Scout Reservation employees over 140 Camp Staff positions ranging from a wide variety of opportunities. Candidates may begin applying at age 15 serving in the role of a Counselor in Training (CIT). CITs experience working in several different areas throughout the summer learning the basics of being a camp staff member and what each area entails. Candidates 16 and older may apply as counselors for the many different program areas, clerks in the trading post, or office support staff. Candidates 18 and older may apply for counselor positions, commissioner staff, ranger and maintenance staff, medical staff, and certain leadership and director positions. Some leadership roles are reserved for candidates 21 and older.
